ACM-NE Video Festival

Kudos to everyone who attended Saturday’s Fall Video Awards Ceremony in White Plains, NY.  It was a great night for all who attended!

Thanks go out to those who made the event a success:  Sheila Driscoll and RCTV in Rochester, NY for organizing the festival;  ACM-NE Secretary Lisa Catucci for helping organizing things at the Westchester Renaissance; Avid for being the festival sponsor; and most of all the winners and producers of community television in New England and New York!

For those of you who are still looking to purchase duplicate plaques, you have another week to do so by contacting Sheila Driscoll.

Today is the deadline to reserve a room at the discount rate of $129/night at the Westchester Renaissance Hotel for the Video Festival Ceremony next Saturday!

The Westchester Renaissance Hotel has graciously extended the deadline to receive the discounted $129 room rate. The new deadline is Wednesday, November 7th!

This will be a hard deadline. Don’t wait, however, book today!

It appears the Westchester Renaissance is only holding our room rate of $129 until tomorrow (Nov. 2nd).  If you haven’t done so yet, make your reservation NOW!  There is a high probability that the rates will be higher after Friday.

All category winners in this year’s 10th Annual ACM-NE Video Festival will be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the Avid Xpress Pro editing software! 

The drawing will take place at the Video Festival Awards Ceremony on November 17th.  The winner of the raffle DOES NOT need to be present to win.  But wouldn’t it be great if you were!
